While the community is still under construction, anyone can purchase real estate at the reduced price set by the developer, Palma Development, which will be below the current market value.
Today, luxury 2-bedroom flats of 146 m² cost AED 4,852,000 ($1,321,500) and a 3-bedroom apartment with an area of 268 m² costs AED 11,500,000 ($3,131,000). After the residential complex is put into operation, the cost of apartments will increase, so it is most profitable to purchase off-plan properties before construction completion.
